Stainless steel pleated filter cartridges are mainly made from two main filtering materials: stainless steel woven mesh and stainless steel fiber sintered felt. The pleated filter cartridges made from stainless steel woven mesh have smooth channels, are easy to clean, and possess characteristics like high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, no wire shedding, and long filtration cycles. On the other hand, stainless steel fiber sintered felt is a porous deep filtration material made from stainless steel fibers through high-temperature sintering. The pleated filter cartridges made from this material have high porosity, excellent breathability, strong pollutant retention capacity, and high regeneration ability, making them widely used in filtration systems in industries such as petrochemicals and chemical engineering.

Pleated filter cartridges demonstrate excellent filtration performance for particles ranging from 1 to 500 micrometers in both liquids and gases. They offer a large flow rate per unit area and can be reused after cleaning.


The cartridges are made from single or multiple layers of metal mesh, with the number of layers and mesh sizes determined based on specific usage conditions and purposes. They have high filtration accuracy, excellent pressure resistance, and good straightness. The stainless steel material ensures there are no burrs, ensuring a long service life.
